Jordan has a book called “The breath of wok,” from which I pulled most of the ingredients. It pretty much saved me during the preparation of this meal and even offers a bit of historical background of the wok, which is quite interesting.
Walking around Whole Foods with Jordan led to our deciding against buying their already-made, delicious Cowboy Burgers, and instead creating my own Garlic Mia-Burger. We walked around the store as I picked up a variety of goods.
